Others use very low viscosity (10 to 30cps) resins to fill breaks because their technicians lack the tools and training to properly fill a break with thicker full strength resins. Repairs done with those thinner resins are weak and do not hold up over time as the glass is stressed by vibration or heat and cold.
All our resins are full strength, specially designed for stone chips, long cracks and pit filling. All our resins contain acrylic acid that "etches"
the glass surface for superior bonding action. Some suppliers insist that very thick resins (over 250cps)
must be used for strength on long crack repairs. In fact, resin that is too thick will not "wet" (adhere) to the surface of the glass and as a result will not permanently repair damage. That's why they must use a lower viscosity resin to "wet" the break.

Our tools are made from aircraft grade aluminum not stainless steel or plastic. So our tools are lighter, not affected by hot and cold and are very durable! We even sandblast them to prevent shiny surfaces that will reflect unwanted ultraviolet onto the repairs before they're filled and completely cured.
A)
HOLDING STRUCTURES:
Other holding structures
don't allow for repair of larger damage, can't reach the edges of a windshield, adjust for
vehicles with curved windshields or slide along the glass surface as required to repair long cracks.
Our holding structures will reach any area of the windshield even the edges, can be used to repair the largest of damages, and adjust for any angle or curvature found on modern vehicle windshields.
Our classic holding structure uses one suction cup with lubrication
and can easily slide on the surface to fill long cracks.
Our pump style holding structure attaches firmly to the
glass and holds the injector solidly in place
(best suited for limited applications i.e. vertical windshields on motor homes and buses).

B)
INJECTORS:
Other injectors
use air pressure to push the resin into a break, Air has
no business in a break! Injectors made from plastic wear out,
those made from polished steel adversely effect the resins due to temperature
changes and ultraviolet reflectivity.
We
are the only company that provides two specialized injectors, one for stone
chip repair and one for long crack repair, since the process for repairing
each is different. The stone chip injector draws a quick strong
vacuum with it's large chamber, then applies pressure without using
air, hoses, pumps or twisting! The long crack injector adjusts
resin pressure with precision to maintain the constant resin flow while filling
long cracks effortlessly.

Other
suppliers don't do "actual" repairs themselves, so it's no surprise they don't train their customers on the correct way to perform a repair. They try to compensate for the lack of skill and knowledge
by using very thin (weakened) resins that flow easier, applying direct heat (which further
thins the resin and makes the glass brittle) or by forcing resin
into breaks with excessive pressure (using pumps). Using thinned out resins weaken repairs, and using excessive heat and/or pressure
during the repair process often increases the damage on a windshield.
Our proven
repair techniques allow technicians to:
1) repair difficult breaks
that others cannot
2) use full strength resins that provide the strongest repairs
3) which also result in the least visible
repairs.
Our trainees never use diluted resins, pumps or excessive
heat to repair damage. They do their repairs
in much LESS TIME than others and with LESS EFFORT and BETTER RESULTS!

Others
sell under powered curing lamps, that often use fish aquarium bulbs. The UV is too weak and they improperly cure the resins even after ten minutes
of exposure. Unbelievably, some suppliers even tell their customers they can use sunlight to cure their repairs! Improperly cured resin produces repairs that are not only weaker
but more visible.
Our
quick cure lamp is designed and built specifically for curing windshield repair
resins and uses a 365 nm UV bulb to properly cure the resin in one
minute under normal conditions. Properly curing the resin produces
the strongest, best looking repairs. Click here

The single most important ingredient for success in business is having customers, and marketing is the strategy that is supposed to produce them. Others
don't have a marketing strategy. They tell their trainees the same thing they've been telling them for the past 20 years, to
pursue wholesale accounts and car dealers. That business
dried up years ago. And even if you are able find it, you can
expect to be paid less than half of the retail rate, wait 30-60 days
to get paid and have to work under less than desirable conditions and during inconvenient hours. Some suggest their trainees pursue insurance company referrals or set up a
tent on the side of the road offering "free repairs" and
then billing the customers insurance company. The failed repairs
that those "gypsy" operations usually provide, as well as rampant fraud, has caused several major
insurance companies to STOP paying for windshield repairs altogether.
Our
technicians learn all the secrets to starting and running a successful
business, and they get their information from a successful windshield
repair operation not an outfit that just sells tools. Instruction
covers every aspect from how to choose a good name for the business
and designing a logo and invoices to how to advertise and what to
charge for your services. They learn how to effectively market and
generate retail customers that pay top dollar and
pay at the time services are rendered. Our trainees also get referrals
from the free listing in our service locators found on all our web sites.
We even custom build their own web sites. We help our
trainees to develop a sound long term strategy for growth, increasing their
income and securing their future. The bottom line is our people succeed
while the others fail.

What
happens after the sale ? Others promise to provide help, information
and assistance. But when you call them, they don't help you. Instead, they
suggest you need to spend even more money upgrading your tools or
purchasing additional training. Many of their customers go to on-line
forums seeking help from other technicians. Why? Because they can't
get help from the company that sold them their supplies.
As a result of the level of training and information our trainees get, they
rarely need help. But when they do need it, they receive accurate,
honest and complete help and in a timely fashion. During business hours they will talk to
an experienced technician, not a salesperson or receptionist. After
hours and on weekends and holidays, or any time an emergency happens,
they will receive a prompt reply via e-mail.
The amount and quality
of help a customer gets AFTER the sale is a true measure of a company's
integrity and commitment.
