1) Do you have brochures or videos  you could send me? If you're looking for information, this web site provides more information than you will find any where else. If you're trying to compare, this site provides detailed comparisons that no one else does. If you want to see the tools and how they work, our web site has video showing the tools doing repairs (show me a brochure that does that!). Plus our web site is updated regularly, has current and accurate information, includes new products and complete price list. If you still feel the need to have a brochure, we can refer you to one of our distributors that will gladly provide one.

2) What makes you better/different?   We have operated a successful retail business for seventeen years in a very competitive market where most other windshield repair businesses have failed.  And our equipment, repair techniques and marketing strategy are the result of that first hand knowledge and experience.  When we instruct our trainees, the information and skills are based on our experience not theory.  No other company supplies the level or quality of tools,  training, assistance or support that we do.  That's why our technicians succeed where others fail.

3) I can't afford to fly to you for training, do you have a training video I can learn from?   Despite what others say, windshield repair is an easy but technical process. To do it properly requires hands-on instruction.   With individual hands-on training, the learning curve is greatly accelerated and the technician develops a high degree of skill and confidence.  In fact, obtaining the live training is CHEAPER than doing it yourself because: 1) you'll be able to do repairs others cannot, earning more money  2) your repairs will be better eliminating failures which cost money   3) you won't learn by trial and error, you'll be earning money right away instead of wasting money on things that don't work. 4) you won't have to buy several windshields at a junk yard, build a stand for them and practice on your own (actually this alone will cost as much as your airline ticket and hotel to come to our free training).

4) How much will it cost to start my business?  The complete package prices are listed at the web site.  The only expenses not included are airfare, lodging and car rental which will total less than $500. Once you return home and actually begin your business, additional costs will include 1) a business license 2) business phone 3) advertising expenses. These expenses are minimal and necessary with any business venture.

5) Are there any franchise fees or royalties?  No, the price shown for our systems is the complete price for everything.  We do not sell franchises or licensing arrangements, so there are no hidden or recurring charges.  That way we have a vested interest in you, since we don't make money selling you re-supplies UNLESS you're successful. That also means you are in control and determine the prices you will charge, your business hours, the area you wish to provide your service in, if you want to add another service to your business or not, and if you want to operate as a mobile operation or set-up a shop location.

6) I added the price of each item in a system, the total is less than the "system" price, why? The difference is that our systems include training, support and marketing assistance.  That means you'll be doing repairs properly and making much more money! In my honest opinion, the marketing information alone is worth the full price of the package.  It's also why many customers have come to us after having purchased "bargain" or "professional" systems elsewhere.

7) Do you think windshield repair would make money in my area?  The only way to give you an honest answer is to first ask a few questions: a) What is the population in your area? You should have at least 100,000 population in your area.  b) Do you have a lot of newer upscale vehicles in your area?  The more of these there are the more potential customers (the windshields for those  vehicles are expensive and your service will mean huge savings to them!)  c) Are there a lot of roads and are they in disrepair or under construction? Bad roads have rocks and rocks mean damage to windshields!  d) Look in your local phone book, are there at least several glass or windshield repair shops, and have they been in business at least two years?  If there are businesses in the area that have been successful, you have great prospects for success!

8) You say your products are superior, can you prove it?  Yes. Click here for a detailed comparison of our products and products supplied with other repair systems sold.
