Bill, I’ve been using your windshield repair kit since mid 2006. I love this system, and would not use any other. Your system is clean, quick and easy to work with and most important the repairs are second to none. In 2008 I joined the NWRA (National Windshield Repair Association).The NWRA offers those who wish to, to become CERTIFIED REPAIR TECHNICIANS. Certification includes the following: Those certified have successfully completed a course and understands the step necessary for a company and its individuals to be in compliance with ansi/nga r1.1-2007, the repair of laminated auto glass standard and one must also show his/her proficiency by taking a practical(hands on) exam before an industry examiner. In November of 2008 I attended the nwra annual conference in las vegas, Nevada for certification. I had to do my hands on exam in front of an industry examiner, which in this case was delta kits. Upon my arrival there was someone at the delta booth doing a repair using their system so, they set me up across from him. I brought my kit with me for this test. I was given the option to choose from 3 different combination breaks. The examiner said,” that one there is pretty bad, choose any one from the other two.” I had confidence in my tools and training so I chose the worst of the three. I used the techniques that I was shown by yourself and in less than 5 minutes the break was filled, cured and complete. I finished off the repair and packed up my tools. I looked over to the guy that was doing his repair upon my arrival and he had not yet completed his repair. Your system is everything you say it is. Most important I can call you anytime and get the help I need. Vince Diaz I spent almost twenty-one years in the retail end of the automobile business. In that time I have had countless windshields repaired and probably as many repairman. One thing I can attest to is the type of repairs I received were not even close to the repairs that I now do. In the little more than three months since I started my windshield repair business I have been told by several people that my repairs are the best they've seen in a long time or the best ever. I can say without any doubt the method taught by Bill at U.S. Windshield Repair is the best out there. For doing this as briefly as I have I am very happy with the income and the time it provides me to live a normal life. After over twenty years of a nine to nine, weekends and every holiday work schedule, this is something I wish I had done long ago.
