About our Company

U.S. Windshield Repair, a family owned and operated business was started in 1990 in Orange, California.  We manufacture a complete line of windshield repair products as well as  operate a full time windshield repair business.    Our hands-on experience operating a windshield repair service shows in the designing our products, our techniques for repairing damages and the type of marketing we provide for other windshield repair businesses.   That advantage ultimately benefits our customers.   Additionally, all our products are thoroughly tested by us under the "real world" conditions of our repair business to assure they will meet your expectations.

Our business model is simple yet unique.  We only provide the best products possible and only sell customers what they need.  We do not have a sales staff and you won't see us advertised in trade publications or at trade shows. When you call for information or help, you will be speaking with the owner if the company, an experienced windshield repair technician with over 100,000 windshield repairs, not an operator or salesperson.  You will recieve help and useful answers and not pressured to buy something.  I think you will find us a refreshing change.  So please give us a test drive and let us know what you think, after all you are one we serve.

Sincerely,

William Penrod
