Q: Do you have a store front or location that I can pick up supplies or have a repair done?

A: No, after 20 years of maintaining a physical location and all the associated costs we shut it down in March 2010.
      All orders are shipped (no pick-up) and service requests are handled on a mobile basis (we come to you).

 

Q: Do you install auto glass?

A: No, installing auto glass is in our opinion creates a conflict as it is more profitable than repair.
      Most service providers that install glass tend to "steer" customers to replace rather than repair.

  

Q: How many repairs can I do using one of your 15ml bottles of resin?

A: This is our most often asked question and requires a detailed answer. Using our resin in our injectors you can
      expect to get  between 75 and 100 repairs per each 15ml bottle of resin.  Of course our injectors only require 3
      drops of resin per repair compared to as many as 15 or even 30 drops per repair with other injectors.  More
      importantly you should be concerned about the quality of the resin.  If you do hundreds of repairs using cheap
      resin and those repairs fail, what then is the "value"?  Watch our video to learn how to test resin for yourself.

  

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We never run out so once an order is placed it will ship as soon as possible.

 

Q: Do you accept trade-ins?

A: Yes.  We understand many customers find their equipment falling short of expectations and are short of funds.
