Using the internet you can access hundreds of windshield repair suppliers via their web sites where many bold claims are made about the superiority of their tools, the high level of support after the sale, how easy it is to make money and my favorite, the money back guarantee.  Unfortunately there is no button on your computer to filter the content so only truthful and accurate information is displayed.

     Customers discover those claims are completely false only after they have made their purchase.  That's when they realize the tools they were told are the best don't work well at all, the support they were promised doesn't exist, and it is not so easy to make money.   Worst of all they learn a money back guarantee isn't the same as a refund.  How do I know this?  I get calls all the time from people looking for help after buying tools and systems from other suppliers.
