I've had stone damages repaired by other companies on vehicles I've owned over the years, but never with results like you provided. Watching you work, I could tell that you were doing something different. I was very impressed with the finished repair and how it looked so much better than my previous ones.

On Christmas Eve 2008 I get a phone call from a gentleman in Redondo Beach, stating that he needs to have his stone damage windshield repaired a.s.a.p. He tells me that he’s called a handful of repair shops in the area and they would not do the repair that he was requesting. He finally gets a repair technician to come out and inspect the damage and once again is denied service. It turns out that it was a double star break right dead center in the middle of the windshield. The reason that the customer was turned away by all of these repairmen was the fact that this vehicle was a 2008 Ferrari F430. I had the customer send me photos so that I could analyze the damage. I explained to him the process and what the end results would be and told him this was repairable and that I could do the repair that everyone else had avoided. I went to the customers house, once again explained the process and what the end results would be and he agreed, so I continued with the repair. The customer was 100% satisfied with the results of the repair and said, “ I will definitely recommend your services to anyone, you did exactly what you said you were going to do and you delivered”. I owe everything I know in my windshield repair business to Bill Penrod of U.S. Windshield Repair in Orange, CA. The tools, techniques and supplies from U.S. Windshield Repair are the only ones that I use and will continue to use in my windshield repair business.
